Here comes the season of ceremonies: Weddings, Confirmations, First Communions… so many special occasions to celebrate with your family and friends.
Therefore, we propose a gallery of images of small objects in ceramic, ideal to be given as favors: a memory of the happy event for those who are close to you!
All these precious small items in majolica are entirely hand-painted in our workshop La Vecchia Faenza-Laura Silvagni. Each of them can be personalized with initials, dates, phrases, or other symbols of the guests of honor.
Come and visit us in our showroom and workshop in Via Ippolito 23/A. You will be recommended by skilled painters, who will give shape to your idea.
In the images that follow, some examples of wedding favors hand-painted in traditional styles of Faenza:
- The “Garofano”, typical of the eighteenth century, inspired by the oriental designs, represent a garden in bloom.
- The “Berrettino”, the “Pavona” and “Palmetta Pesiana” with their bright colors are ideal for any environment, from rustic to modern.
- The “Compendiario”, a very delicate style, is characterized by the graceful figures of angels and cherubs, symbols of joy and love.
- Finally, the “Melograno”, characterized by brilliant brushstrokes in gold. In many cultures, the pomegranates are a symbol of prosperity and good luck: what else can you wish to someone who is going to start a new phase of life?
